The role
Indian Drivers is hiring an Accounts Manager in Pune to lead a team of 5-6 and handle invoicing, payroll, statutory compliance, GST/TDS and vendor payments for large corporate clients. Minimum 5 years of experience required.
What you would do
- Manage invoicing and billing for large corporate clients
- Payroll processing and salary management
- Statutory compliance and regulatory reporting
- GST and TDS calculation, filing and reconciliation
- Vendor payment management
- Financial accounting and reporting
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Team leadership and process improvement
What they are looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Ability to lead a team of 5-6 members
- Strong knowledge of accounts, finance, GST, TDS and compliance
- Experience handling large corporate accounts and vendor management
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems and MS Excel
- Background in facility management, manpower staffing, security, housekeeping or workforce management preferred
