The role
BellaVita is hiring an Assistant Manager - Inventory for its Supply Chain team in Farrukhnagar, Haryana, to manage end-to-end inventory operations, stock accuracy, audits, and MIS reporting across warehouses.
What you would do
- Manage end-to-end inventory operations across warehouses
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits
- Monitor stock movement, aging inventory, and reconciliation
- Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Warehouse, and Finance teams
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory MIS reports
- Drive process improvements to optimize inventory and reduce shrinkage
- Ensure accurate inventory transactions in ERP/WMS systems
- Support internal and external inventory audits and SOP compliance
What they are looking for
- 4-5 years of experience in inventory management
- Strong background in warehouse operations, stock control, and data analysis
- ERP/WMS experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred industry: FMCG, D2C, E-commerce, Retail, Beauty & Personal Care
