The role
IndiGo is hiring an Assistant Manager for Talent Acquisition in Gurgaon to lead end-to-end recruitment, manage hiring delivery against SLAs, and build talent pipelines. Requires 5-9 years of IT/Non-IT recruitment experience.
What you would do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment (internal and external hiring)
- Drive hiring delivery in line with SLAs and business needs
- Manage recruitment MIS, dashboards and reporting
- Build talent pipelines through sourcing strategies
- Manage hiring drives and vendor coordination
- Ensure strong offer-to-join ratio and hiring efficiency
What they are looking for
- 5-9 years of experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment
- Strong exposure to ATS, analytics and stakeholder management
- Proven experience in team handling and high-volume hiring
