The role
Tractor Junction is hiring an Associate Program Manager to own central refurbishment operations for its pre-owned tractor business, covering refurbishment workflows, inventory audits, procurement, vendor management and data visibility.
What you would do
- Coordinate refurbishment workflows across centres and keep turnaround times tight
- Run inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies and tighten controls
- Source parts and components cost-effectively and on time
- Onboard, manage and evaluate vendors on price, quality and reliability
- Build dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility
What they are looking for
- 2-5 years in operations, supply chain or program management
- Strong with data tools; advanced spreadsheets a must
- Sharp on process design
- Comfortable with multi-location travel and field engagement
- Experience in pre-owned vehicles, tractors or asset-heavy operations is a plus
