The role
IndiGo is hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate in Gurgaon on a one-year third-party contractual payroll. The role supports sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring across various roles.
What you would do
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates
- Post job ads and manage the applicant tracking system
- Coordinate background checks and pre-employment screenings
