CARS24 is hiring a Builder for its Inspection Pod to own customer and employee experience across the car inspection journey, build AI-native solutions and drive cross-functional delivery with Tech.
What you would do
- Resolve customer complaints fast and remove their root causes
- Improve employee experience and tools for Car Jockeys
- Build AI-native solutions that fix root problems
- Drive Tech to optimise the inspection process end to end
- Act first and keep the field moving during downtimes
What they are looking for
- Around 4 years in program or operations with a shipping track record
- Care for both customers and employees in equal measure
- Builds AI-native rather than AI-flavoured solutions
- Stays calm and acts fast during incidents
