The role
Harbor365 seeks a hands-on consultant for a 3-6 month part-time, project-based engagement to audit and optimise business workflows, automate processes and improve Asana and Google Workspace integration.
What you would do
- Audit and optimize existing business workflows
- Identify bottlenecks, redundancies and process gaps
- Implement process improvements and workflow automation
- Optimize Asana and Google Workspace integration
- Improve workflows across Gmail, Sheets, Calendar and Drive
- Build simple dashboards and reporting mechanisms
- Reduce manual work and duplicate data entry
- Document optimized processes and systems
What they are looking for
- Experience in business process optimization, operations or systems consulting
- Strong hands-on expertise with Asana and Google Workspace
- Experience with Zapier, Make, Asana API or Google Apps Script preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to implement solutions and deliver measurable improvements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
