The role
Team leadership role in Gurugram managing a team of collection executives, driving EMI collections, monitoring KPIs and handling escalations. Requires 2-5 years of collections or recovery experience.
What you would do
- Lead and manage a team of collection executives
- Drive EMI collections and reduce overdue cases
- Monitor team performance and collection KPIs
- Handle escalations and payment resolutions
- Coordinate with finance and operations for reconciliation
- Prepare collection reports and identify improvements
- Ensure compliance with collection processes and policies
What they are looking for
- 2-5 years in collections, EMI recovery, loan servicing or receivables
- Team handling and leadership experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Prior EdTech, FinTech, NBFC or lending experience is a plus
