The role
Deputy Program Manager role managing end-to-end HR operations and workforce management for a global client (Meta). Client-facing position requiring stakeholder management and large-scale frontline workforce program delivery.
What you would do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle and exit processes
- Drive workforce governance including escalations, disciplinary actions and compliance
- Ensure attendance, leave management and payroll coordination
- Act as primary point of contact for employee relations and grievances
- Maintain client stakeholder relationships and provide operational updates
- Coordinate internal teams for timely hiring and deployment
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- Monitor program performance, SLA adherence and process compliance
What they are looking for
- 3+ years in HR Operations, Recruitment, Program Management or Workforce Management
- Mandatory experience in client/stakeholder handling and client-facing programs
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills
- Strong understanding of HR Operations, Employee Relations and Workforce Governance
- Experience managing frontline or field workforce programs is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
