The role
Battery Smart, an EV battery-swapping network, is hiring an FP&A Assistant Manager for its Finance team in Gurgaon. The role covers budgeting, forecasting, MIS and dashboards, financial modelling and management reporting. Open to CA/CMA freshers and 1-3 years experience.
What you would do
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Analyze monthly business performance vs budgets
- Prepare MIS, dashboards and financial reports
- Build and maintain Excel-based financial models
- Prepare management reports and presentations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data and insights
What they are looking for
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Experience in FP&A, MIS, financial analysis or business finance
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- CA/CMA fresher or CA/CMA Inter with 1-2 years experience
