The role
Apollo 24|7 is hiring a Growth Manager in Hyderabad to lead growth experiments, analytics, and consumer insights across its digital health ecosystem.
What you would do
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization funnels
- Track user journeys and analyze cohort retention to optimize LTV:CAC
- Build automated dashboards and translate data into executive insights
- Uncover consumer behavior trends to shape promotional strategy
- Execute cross-functional growth initiatives with marketing, product, and operations
What they are looking for
- Any Graduation
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
- Structured problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in high-growth Consumer Tech, HealthTech, D2C, or E-commerce
