The role
Birchtree Consulting is recruiting a senior HR leader (Head HR/CHRO) with up to 20 years of experience for a role based in Navi Mumbai, focused on industrial/manufacturing workforce management.
What you would do
- Lead talent acquisition and campus hiring
- Build and institutionalize HR functions and processes
- Manage labour law compliance and blue-collar workforce
- Travel extensively across India and monthly to Dubai
What they are looking for
- Up to 20 years of HR leadership experience
- Experience in Manufacturing/Industrial/Metals/Recycling sectors preferred
- Willing to travel extensively including monthly Dubai trips
- Comfortable with 6 days working week
- Experience in industrial/plant environments with blue-collar workforce management
