The role
Om Sweets & Snacks is hiring a Head of Human Resources in Gurgaon to lead people strategy, cultural transformation and organizational growth for a workforce of 3,500+ employees plus contractual labour. The role reports to the CEO.
What you would do
- Drive cultural transformation and performance-driven HR practices
- Partner with business leaders for organizational growth
- Lead the complete employee lifecycle
- Design and implement PMS, HR policies and SOPs
- Ensure labour law and statutory compliance
- Optimize HRIS, HR analytics and automation initiatives
What they are looking for
- 18-20 years of HR leadership experience
- Mandatory experience in QSR, Food Retail or FMCG sectors
- Experience managing 3,500+ employees and contractual labour
- Strong expertise in labour laws, compliance and HRIS platforms
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
