The role
An HR Analyst role in Noida and Delhi supporting an HR Analytics team with MIS reporting, dashboards and workforce insights. Advanced MS Excel is mandatory and 3-6 years of relevant experience is required.
What you would do
- Build HR MIS reports covering headcount, attrition, hiring TAT and productivity
- Create dynamic dashboards using Advanced Excel
- Analyze workforce trends and share insights with leadership
- Track recruitment metrics such as source efficiency, offer drop rates and time-to-hire
- Support payroll data reconciliation and compensation analysis
- Automate repetitive reporting using Excel macros or Power Query
What they are looking for
- 3-6 years in HR Analytics, HR Ops or MIS Reporting
- Advanced Excel including VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Macros and Power Query (mandatory)
- Experience with HRMS platforms such as Darwinbox, Keka or SuccessFactors
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines
