The role
BrightCHAMPS, a global live-learning EdTech platform, is hiring an HR Business Partner in HSR Layout, Bangalore. The role partners with business leaders on people strategy, engagement, performance management and talent development.
What you would do
- Align HR strategies with business goals alongside business leaders
- Drive employee engagement, performance management and talent development
- Support managers with performance reviews, coaching and employee relations
- Collaborate with People Operations on HR processes, compliance and workforce planning
- Analyze people metrics and provide organizational insights
- Contribute to culture-building, change management and employer branding
What they are looking for
- 3+ years in HRBP, HR Operations or HR Generalist roles
- Experience in high-growth startup, technology or EdTech preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen with a people-first mindset
