The role
HRBP role in Gurugram driving people strategy through data and stakeholder management, covering attrition reduction, diversity metrics, exit analysis and engagement. Work from office with alternate Saturdays working.
What you would do
- Drive attrition reduction through data-backed action plans
- Present HRBP dashboards on attrition, diversity, engagement, exits, grievances and hiring
- Track diversity metrics and implement workforce improvement plans
- Analyze exit trends and recommend corrective actions
- Partner with business leaders on engagement and people governance
- Use HR analytics to drive informed business decisions
What they are looking for
- 4-6 years of HRBP or People Analytics experience
- Strong stakeholder management
- Data and insight-driven approach
