The role
An IT services firm is hiring an HR Executive for end-to-end HR operations in Noida Sector 63, with 3-6 years of experience. Hands-on Zoho People experience and use of AI tools for HR productivity are mandatory.

- Payroll management
- Background verification (BGV)
- POSH and statutory compliance
- HR audits and documentation
- Vendor management
- Zoho HR/HRMS management
What they are looking for
- 3-6 years of HR operations experience, preferably in IT services
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho HR/Zoho People (must)
- Strong knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini (must)
- Good understanding of payroll, labour laws and HR compliance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
