The role
SGS Herbals is hiring an HR Executive in Noida Sector-19 to manage end-to-end recruitment, HRIS, payroll inputs and compliance. Experience of 6 months to 5 years required; interviews are face to face and immediate joiners preferred.
What you would do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Maintain HRIS, attendance records and payroll inputs
- Ensure HR compliance, documentation and policy implementation
- Handle employee engagement, queries and grievance support
- Support performance appraisals, training coordination and HR admin activities
What they are looking for
- 6 months - 5 years of experience
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR
- Available for face to face interview
- Immediate joiners preferred
