The role
Teertham Technologies is hiring an HR Executive in New Delhi to own end-to-end hiring across tech, operations, support, content and marketing, plus onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance and performance management support.
What you would do
- Own end-to-end hiring across tech, operations, support, content and marketing roles
- Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and recruitment partners
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions and joining formalities
- Run onboarding, induction, exit formalities and exit interviews
- Organize employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Maintain attendance, leave records, payroll inputs and statutory compliance
- Support probation reviews and quarterly performance cycles
What they are looking for
- 1-3 years in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations or People Operations
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related discipline preferred
- Strong recruitment and sourcing capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Prior startup or consumer internet experience preferred
