The role
Full-time HR Generalist role in Goa, acting as the on-ground HR for local operations within the People and Culture team. Owns day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, hiring support and culture-building. Fluency in Konkani is mandatory.
What you would do
- Act as the first point of contact for employees in Goa
- Handle employee queries and grievances with confidentiality
- Drive engagement and culture-building initiatives on the ground
- Support hiring, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Assist in performance management and feedback cycles
- Gather employee insights and improve workplace experience
What they are looking for
- 2-5 years of HR experience
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
- Working knowledge of HRIS, payroll tools and MS Excel
- Fluency in Konkani is mandatory
