The role
An on-site HR Generalist role in Gurgaon covering end-to-end IT recruitment, talent sourcing, onboarding, employee engagement and HR operations. Requires 3+ years of HR generalist or talent acquisition experience.

- Talent sourcing and stakeholder management
- Onboarding and employee lifecycle management
- Employee engagement and HR operations
- Attendance, leave and HR documentation
- Payroll inputs and compliance support
- HRMIS and recruitment reporting
What they are looking for
- 3+ years in HR Generalist / Talent Acquisition
- Strong experience in corporate IT recruitment
- Exposure to HR operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS/HRMS preferred
