The role
Brandman Retail Ltd. is hiring an HR Manager in Okhla Phase 1, Delhi to handle end-to-end recruitment for store and head office roles plus HR operations and compliance. 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, is required.
What you would do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for store and head office roles
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination and compliance
- Handle employee grievances and ensure smooth store operations
- Drive manpower planning and timely closures
What they are looking for
- 4-6 years of HR experience, retail industry preferred
- Strong experience in hiring, with bulk/store hiring exposure preferred
- Sound knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
