The role
HR Manager role with a real estate developer in Ghaziabad or Noida, leading the complete HR function across talent acquisition, payroll, statutory compliance, performance management and organisational development.
What you would do
- Lead the complete HR function and HR strategy
- Drive talent acquisition and manpower planning
- Manage HR operations, payroll and compensation and benefits
- Ensure labour law and statutory compliance
- Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary management
- Own performance management, KRA/KPI and succession planning
- Build HR policies, SOPs, HRMS, analytics and MIS dashboards
- Partner with business leaders on workforce and organisational strategy
What they are looking for
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience
- Real estate industry experience is mandatory
- Must have worked with a real estate developer company
- Strong exposure to HR operations, payroll, labour compliance and IR
- Experience handling HR at a senior leadership level
