The role
A full-time HR Manager role in Gurgaon for an experienced HR generalist to independently manage talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations and compliance, performance management, policy development and payroll coordination.

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field
- 5-10 years of HR generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations and labour laws
- Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure or engineering preferred
- Experience managing HR functions independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
