The role
An HR Manager role based in Okhla, New Delhi covering HR operations, payroll through Keka HRMS, statutory compliance, recruitment and MIS reporting. CTC offered is up to 15 LPA depending on the interview.
What you would do
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
- Develop and monitor HR policies, SOPs and engagement initiatives
- Run monthly payroll processing through Keka HRMS
- Ensure compliance with labor laws including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus and Gratuity
- Coordinate statutory audits and liaise with government authorities
- Coordinate hiring, induction and training programs
- Monitor attendance, leave management and workforce planning
- Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports tracking attrition and headcount
