The role
Aptiva Corp is hiring an HR Operations Onboarding Specialist in Madhapur, Hyderabad to manage end-to-end onboarding and employee lifecycle operations for its client Deloitte. Candidates need staffing-industry experience and exposure to implementation partner accounts.
What you would do
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding
- Generate and issue offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Serve as primary point of contact for employees
- Handle payroll queries and coordinate with payroll teams
- Collect and validate employee timesheets
- Manage leave records and attendance
- Coordinate background verification processes
- Assist with salary negotiations when required
What they are looking for
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in HR operations or employee onboarding
- Must have experience with a staffing/recruitment company
- Experience handling implementation partner accounts such as Deloitte, Accenture, TCS or HCL
- Experience managing HR operations for 100+ employees
- Strong understanding of onboarding, payroll coordination and leave management
- Excellent communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills
