What you would do
- Act as strategic consultant to leadership and align people strategy with business objectives
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen retention
- Lead talent development, succession planning and organizational capability building
- Own end-to-end performance management cycles
- Coach managers on performance challenges and improvement plans
- Monitor attrition trends and design retention strategies
- Scale HR processes to support organizational growth
- Partner with business leaders on capability gaps and learning interventions
