The role
A People Experience team in Gurgaon is hiring a professional to manage end-to-end administration of the PeopleStrong HRMS platform, including configuration, day-to-day operations, and stakeholder support.
What you would do
- End-to-end maintenance and configuration of PeopleStrong HRMS modules
- Map HR workflows and business processes within the system
- Manage system administration, user access, and data integrity
- Resolve employee and stakeholder queries on the HRMS platform
- Coordinate with PeopleStrong support for issues and enhancements
- Drive process improvements and platform adoption

- Hands-on experience maintaining PeopleStrong HRMS
- Strong understanding of HR workflows and processes
- Ability to configure and optimize the system to business requirements
