The role
HM Enterprises is hiring an Operations Manager to lead EV charging infrastructure projects across India, based at the Noida office with PAN India field operations. Requires 2+ years in EV charging, electrical, EPC or renewable energy projects.
What you would do
- Manage AC and DC EV charger installation projects
- Coordinate with clients, vendors and field teams
- Oversee EPC, commissioning and maintenance activities
- Ensure timely project execution and quality compliance
- Team management and resource planning
- MIS reporting and operational excellence
What they are looking for
- 2+ years of experience in EV charging, electrical, EPC or renewable energy
- Strong project and operations management skills
- Knowledge of AC/DC EV chargers and site execution
- Willingness to travel across India
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
