The role
YesMadam is hiring a Payroll & Compliance Specialist in Noida Sector 63 to independently own end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance and multi-state payroll operations. On-site role with 6 working days and 5+ years of experience required.
What you would do
- Own end-to-end payroll processing
- Manage statutory compliance across PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and TDS
- Manage HRMS operations
- Handle FBP structuring and tax optimisation
- Run multi-state payroll operations

- 5+ years of experience
- Hands-on end-to-end payroll processing experience
- Statutory compliance expertise
- HRMS management experience, PeopleStrong preferred
- FBP structuring and tax optimisation is mandatory
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup
