The role
Loans24, the lending arm of Cars24, is hiring product builders to own operating decisions in a used car lending business of over 250 Cr per month. The role is to define and build AI-enabled systems for disbursals, co-lending, credit intelligence and collections.
What you would do
- Design parallel workflows for loan disbursals under 15 minutes
- Build co-lending flows with self-running pre and post disbursal recon
- Build a credit intelligence layer using bureau, vehicle and SMS data
- Catch fraud before it reaches underwriting
- Build collections that carry context across interactions and act autonomously
- Build DB-linked systems that detect anomalies, find root causes and act
- Define what the system should do for open-ended problems, then build it
What they are looking for
- Ability to work without a given roadmap and define solutions end-to-end
- Ship systems that decide and act, not just dashboards
- High ownership of operating decisions
