The role
GoMechanic is hiring a Product Head in Gurugram to own product vision, strategy and roadmap for a core charter and lead a team of product managers across the full customer journey. Requires 8+ years in product management including 2-3 years leading PM teams.
What you would do
- Own product vision, strategy and roadmap for a core charter
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers
- Own the full customer journey from booking to post-service
- Drive metrics such as NPS, retention and repeat rates
- Partner with founders and leadership on company-level product direction
