The role
BrightCHAMPS, a global live-learning EdTech platform, is hiring a Program Manager for Academic Operations in HSR Layout, Bangalore (work from office) to drive program execution, cross-functional collaboration, dashboards and process improvement.
What you would do
- Drive end-to-end execution of academic operations programs
- Collaborate with Teacher Hiring, Training, Quality and Business teams
- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers and operational reports
- Monitor key operational metrics and identify process improvements
- Lead cross-functional projects and manage stakeholders
- Develop SOPs and optimise workflows
What they are looking for
- 3+ years in Program Management, Operations or Academic Operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management abilities
- EdTech or academic operations experience is an advantage
