The role

- Lead and execute cross-functional projects and strategic programs
- Work closely with the founder on high-impact business initiatives
- Drive operational excellence and process improvement
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Track key metrics and identify bottlenecks
- Own special projects critical to company growth
