The role
Program Manager role owning end-to-end customer journeys, product-led fulfilment systems, and business expansion for a large consumer auto platform. Works in a cross-functional pod with engineering, design, ops and business teams in Gurugram.
What you would do
- Own product journeys and fix drop-offs end to end
- Build systems, tooling and workflows so operations scale
- Unlock new markets, user cohorts and channels
- Partner with engineering, design, ops and business to ship
- Build 0-to-1 flows and own core metrics
What they are looking for
- 3-4 years in Program Management, Product Management or Product Ops
- Instinctive product thinking
- Fluency with data: SQL, dashboards, funnels, cohorts
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Ships fast and thinks in outcomes
- Bonus: consumer internet, fintech or mobility experience
