The role
Battery Smart, India's largest battery-swapping network for electric two and three-wheelers, is hiring a Program Manager in Gurugram to lead strategic projects and streamline operations with leadership and cross-functional teams.

What they are looking for
- 2-4 years of experience in strategy, program management, consulting, PMO or operations
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and project execution skills
- Experience with cross-functional initiatives in manufacturing, automotive, renewable energy or electronics preferred
- Proficiency with project management tools and advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Tier 1 engineering or management institute background preferred
