The role
Blackberrys is hiring a regional Retail Training Manager in Bangalore to build frontline sales capability and drive retail excellence across its exclusive brand outlets. The role requires 4-8 years of training experience and extensive travel.
What you would do
- Deliver retail training programs for sales associates and store managers
- Conduct store visits with live coaching and performance feedback
- Enable stores to achieve KPIs like conversion rate, ABV and UPT
- Develop training modules tailored to regional needs
- Collaborate with retail operations, VM and HR to align training with business priorities
