The role

What you would do
- Drive residential real estate sales in Mumbai and meet monthly revenue targets
- Handle end-to-end discussions with buyers about company offerings
- Attend to inquiries generated through digital marketing platforms
- Build relationships with top developers, investors and end customers
- Run negotiations and advise clients on market conditions and pricing
- Fix engagement meetings with predetermined leads and show properties
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property value
- Work with the internal CRM team for hassle-free after-sales service
