The role
Payroll role managing end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance (EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS), full and final settlements, reconciliation and MIS reporting.
What you would do
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity and Labour Laws
- Handle Full and Final Settlements, payroll reconciliation and MIS reporting
- Process statutory returns and coordinate with auditors and statutory authorities
- Maintain payroll accuracy using HRMS/Payroll software and Advanced Excel
