The role

Bigbasket is hiring a Senior HRBP in Ahmedabad to drive HR operations for a blue-collar workforce, covering onboarding, employee lifecycle, engagement, grievances, compliance audits and HR MIS reporting. Role is based in an industrial area, not a corporate office.

What you would do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding, documentation and employee records for the blue-collar workforce
• Handle HR operations including attendance, leave management and employee lifecycle processes
• Conduct regular interactions to strengthen employee engagement and HR presence
• Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment
• Lead and support the HR team in daily operations
• Conduct HR and compliance audits across locations
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports, dashboards and workforce insights

What they are looking for

• 4+ years in an HR Generalist or HRBP role
• Experience in Retail, FMCG, Logistics or E-commerce industries preferred
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and team-handling skills
• Good knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance and audits
• Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS and HR reporting tools
• Comfortable with an industrial area work location
