What you would do
- End-to-end talent acquisition for the corporate office
- Design and implement Performance Management Systems
- Handle middle-management grievances and employee relations
- Run employee engagement and leadership development programs
- Own HR analytics, MIS and reporting
- Develop and implement HR policies
- Conflict resolution and employee counseling
- Drive training and development initiatives

- 10+ years of HR experience
- Experience designing and implementing PMS
- Strong employee relations and grievance handling
- Expertise in HR analytics and reporting
