The role
A well reputed export house in Delhi is hiring a Senior Manager HR to lead corporate talent acquisition, performance management systems, employee relations, engagement and HR analytics. Requires 10+ years of experience, with salary up to 30 LPA.
What you would do
- Own end-to-end talent acquisition for the corporate office
- Design, develop and implement performance management systems
- Handle middle-management grievances and employee relations
- Drive employee engagement and leadership development programmes
- Manage HR analytics, MIS and reporting
- Develop and implement HR policies
- Handle conflict resolution and employee counselling
- Support training and development initiatives
