The role
Battery Smart, India's largest EV battery-swapping network, is hiring a Senior Manager – IT to lead IT operations, infrastructure, security and compliance across its offices and stations.

What they are looking for
- 8-12 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, IT Administration or Enterprise IT
- Experience managing IT teams and distributed/multi-location infrastructure
- Strong exposure to IT assets, vendors, procurement and service delivery
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
- Strong understanding of networking, endpoint/device management and IT infrastructure
- Experience with ISO 27001 / ISO 27701, IT governance and information security
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
