The role
On-site recruitment role in Sector 44, Gurugram at a wealth management platform, covering end-to-end hiring, sourcing and screening, with exposure to sales and tele-sales hiring. Walk-in interviews are being held.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
- Source, screen and assess candidates across functions
- Partner with hiring managers to drive hiring success
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines

- 1-3 years of recruitment experience
- Hands-on exposure to IT and Non-IT hiring
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
