The role
Urgent hiring for a Backend Tech Lead in Gurgaon (2 openings) to lead design, architecture and scaling of healthcare technology systems using PHP and Go. Requires 6-8 years of backend experience with cloud architectures and high-scale systems.
What you would do
- Lead design, architecture and development of PHP and Go backend systems
- Architect scalable APIs and microservices for web and mobile
- Drive architecture decisions for high-availability healthcare systems
- Develop and maintain backend services and platform integrations
- Implement caching strategies and troubleshoot production issues
- Collaborate with mobile teams on backend APIs and API standards
- Lead and mentor backend engineers
- Conduct architecture and code reviews
What they are looking for
- 6-8 years of backend development experience
- Strong expertise in PHP (Laravel/Symfony) and Go
- Experience designing scalable APIs and microservices
