The role
Warehouse Manager role in Lucknow to manage daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, supervise staff, coordinate dispatch and drive operational efficiency. Salary offered as up to 30% hike.
What you would do
- Manage daily warehouse operations and drive operational efficiency
- Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Oversee receiving, inspection, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch
- Supervise warehouse associates, loaders and packers
- Coordinate with transporters and supply chain teams
- Monitor dispatch schedules and delivery performance
- Maintain inventory records, damage reports and variance analysis
- Generate daily and weekly operational reports
What they are looking for
- 5+ years in warehouse management / supply chain operations
- Strong inventory management experience (mandatory)
- Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems and MS Excel
- Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics operations in Lucknow and surrounding areas
